D.O Queso Manchego. Quesería Ojos del Guadiana, Daimiel, Castile La Mancha, Spain.

NET WEIGHT:

Cheese wedge, aprox. 250g

Made with 100% Manchega sheep’s raw milk, its rind is bathed in extra virgin olive oil and cured for more than 3 months.
An artisan cheese with an ivory-coloured, firm, and compact paste. A slightly flaky texture is a sign of its outstanding curing process.
